Processing results
Material development
- We mix virgin raw materials and recycled raw materials in various ways according to customer’s request.
- We also support special applications using various fillers, additives, and modifying materials in cooperation with partner companies (processing manufacturers).
Coloring process
- Conduct tuning and processing based on color samples and our partner company integratedly produce.
- It also supports special tonings such as metal tones and lame tones that make use of our experience in gaming machine parts and miscellaneous goods parts.
- Recycled raw materials whose color is difficult to specify are also processed by toning for each production lot.
Quality management
- We acquired ISO9001 certification. Procure waste materials in-house and process them at partner companies.
- We make arrangements for material specifications for each customer and also support the submission of inspection tables.
